Tandoori Motia Tikka Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Boneless Chicken
  • ¼ tsp Black Cumin Seeds
  • ¾ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Grated Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Green Chili Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • Butter To Brush As Required
  • Skewers As Required

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the boneless cubes of chicken with all above ingredients except butter and leave for 1 hour.
  • Threads the pieces on skewers, preheat oven 180 degree C and grill for 15 minutes, brush with butter and remove.
  • Serve warm with dip.
