Instructions
Soak bread slices in water then squeezed well.
Place mince and bread slices in a large bowl.
Add green chilies, onion, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, all spice, red chili powder, cumin and salt. Mix well.
Make small balls of mince. Then coat with read crumbs. Dip in eggs.
Deep fry cutlets on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Bohri Cutlets are ready to serve. Enjoy!
