Easy Bohri Cutlets Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Mince Meat
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Bread Slices
  • 2 tbsp Minced Onion
  • 2 tbsp Coriander LeavesĀ 
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp All Spices
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Ā½ tsp Salt
  • Bread Crumbs As Required
  • Oil For Frying

Instructions
 

  • Soak bread slices in water then squeezed well.
  • Place mince and bread slices in a large bowl.
  • Add green chilies, onion, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, all spice, red chili powder, cumin and salt. Mix well.
  • Make small balls of mince. Then coat with read crumbs. Dip in eggs.
  • Deep fry cutlets on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Bohri Cutlets are ready to serve. Enjoy!
