Bread Slice (Soaked in water and squeezed)

Instructions
Place mince and all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
Now shape into small kababs with wet hands, keep in refrigerator for 1 hour or until set.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Pan fry 4-5 kababs on low heat for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oil, drain on kitchen paper. Ghilafi Kababs are ready to serve. Enjoy!
