Frozen Paratha Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Powder Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 200 gms Master Puff
  • 1 tbsp. Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour with salt, sugar, baking powder, dry milk and knead into a dough with lukewarm water.
  • Beat master puff. Keep aside. Make balls with the prepared dough.
  • Make into saucer size. Spread with master puff and again form into a ball.
  • Now roll this into a paratha very lightly and keep putting paratha on a plastic sheet.
  • Cover with another plastic sheet and put to freeze in the freezer. Use as required.
