Dahi Bara Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 Cardamoms
  • 20 Whole Dried Chilies
  • 1 tbsp. Coriander
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • 1 tbsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Carom seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grind every thing together
  • Spread on a flat dish to let it cool
  • Keep in airtight jar or container or zip lock bag otherwise it may spoil
  • May last for 2-3 months
  • Serve with snacks like dahi bara or chana chaat
