Cheesy Turkish Breakfast Menemen Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Puree
  • Salt To Taste
  • ¼ tsp Red Chilli Crushed
  • ¼ tsp Paprika Powder
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Chicken Sausage Sliced
  • 3 tbsp Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 3 tbsp Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese As Needed
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Deseed green chilli, chop & set aside.
  • In a small wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
  • Add onion & sauté until translucent.
  • Add chopped green chilli, mix well & cook for a minute.
  • Add pureed tomatoes,mix well & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add salt,red chilli crushed, paprika powder, black pepper powder, mix well & cook on low flame for a minute.
  • Add chicken sausage & mix well.
  • Add cheddar cheese & mix well.
  • Add mozzarella cheese & mix well, then add eggs & mix gently.
  • Add mozzarella cheese & fresh coriander, cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (3-4 minutes).
    Serve with French bread!
