Salt
Instructions
Place wheat flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Knead dough by using water. Leave it for 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, add mashed boiled eggs, green chilies, spring onion, coriander leaves and mint.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Stuff this mixture in parathas.
Heat a griddle and put paratha on it.
Shallow fry on each side for 2 minutes or until light golden.
Boiled Eggs Paratha is ready to serve. Serve with mint yogurt.
