Boiled Eggs Paratha Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Wheat Flour
  • 4 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • ½ cup  Spring Onions
  • 2 Chopped Green Chilies
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves 
  • 2 tbsp Mint Leaves
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Place wheat flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  • Knead dough by using water. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, add mashed boiled eggs, green chilies, spring onion, coriander leaves and mint.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Stuff this mixture in parathas.
  • Heat a griddle and put paratha on it.
  • Shallow fry on each side for 2 minutes or until light golden.
  • Boiled Eggs Paratha is ready to serve. Serve with mint yogurt.
