Green Tamarind Chutney Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • ½ cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1-2 Green Chilies
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ½ inch piece Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3-4 tbsp Tamarind Pulp

Instructions
 

  • Add everything except water to a blender and blitz till combined and smooth.
  • Dilute with water until you get the consistency you like.
    Store in the fridge in an airtight container for upto 2 weeks.
