Fresh Mint Leaves

Fresh Coriander Leaves

Green Chilies

Tamarind Pulp
Instructions
Add everything except water to a blender and blitz till combined and smooth.
Dilute with water until you get the consistency you like.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for upto 2 weeks.
