Crispy Potato Rings Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Potatoes
  • ½ cup Rice Flour
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Crushed
  • ½ tsp Chaat Masala
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour
  • ½ tbsp Ginger Paste
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Oil For Frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of the masher.
  • Add rice flour,black pepper powder,cumin seeds,salt,red chilli crushed,chaat masala,cornflour, ginger paste & mix well.
  • Add fresh coriander,mix well & let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Grease hands with cooking oil,take a large quantity of mixture & make a ball.
  • Place on clean working surface (greased with cooking oil) & roll into cylindrical shape with the help of palm and cut into slices then cut into rings using cookie cutter
  • In a frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry potato rings on medium flame until golden.
  • Serve with sauce or tomato ketchup.
