Bundu Khan Paratha Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Flour 
  • ½ tsp Salt 
  • 2 tbsp Oil 
  • 4 tsp Egg 
  • Water As Required

For The Paste:

  • 4 tbsp Ghee 
  • 4 tsp Egg 
  • Flour For Dusting

Instructions
 

  • Sift flour into a heap, make a hollow gap in the center, pour egg, salt and water in it and knead to a smooth dough.
  • Then apply oil and knead again. Cover with damp cloth and leave for 1/2 hour.
  • Meanwhile make the paste by mixing ghee and egg. Keep it aside.
  • Make about 6-8 balls from the dough. Take one ball, spread it a bit and apply the prepared paste on it.
  • Roll in to square and then again into a ball. Make all paratha’s like that applying oil on top. Cover and leave for another 1/2 hour.
  • Heat griddle/tawa. Roll out each ball in to thin shape of parathas.
  • Make hole in the centre and fry on griddle/tawa from one side then change the side and apply ghee and fry from both sides until golden.
