Instructions
Cut chicken breast into medium size chunks.
Marinade chicken with vinegar, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala and dry coriander powder. Leave for 2 hours in fridge.
After 2 hours take out from fridge and add egg. Mix and leave for 5 minutes.
Now put chicken pieces on skewers/sticks.
Roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry in warm oil until tender and golden from both sides. Garnish with fresh vegetables and serve.
