Chicken Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar 
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Chaat Masala
  • ½ tsp Dry Coriander Powder
  • ½ Eggs Beaten
  • Bread Crumbs As Required
  • Oil For Shallow Fry
  • Wooden Skewers

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken breast into medium size chunks.
  • Marinade chicken with vinegar, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala and dry coriander powder. Leave for 2 hours in fridge.
  • After 2 hours take out from fridge and add egg. Mix and leave for 5 minutes.
    Now put chicken pieces on skewers/sticks.
  • Roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry in warm oil until tender and golden from both sides. Garnish with fresh vegetables and serve.
