Paratha With Liquid Dough Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • cup Wheat Flour
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves 
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Water As Required To Knead
  • ¼ tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • Oil As Required

Instructions
 

  • In order to prepare the dough, add flour in a bowl along with all the other spices. Mix the dry ingredients well.
  • Add coriander leaves and chopped garlic. Now add water to the bowl and whisk well. Add water in batches as per need and mix well to prepare a thin batter. The batter should be similar to that of cheela.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid. Now let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
  • Now stir the mixture well, add salt and more water if needed. Heat the tawa on medium flame and add a few drops of oil.
  • Pour the paratha mixture on the tawa and cook from both sides by applying some oil. Cook until golden brown.
    Now serve the paratha with some curd or pickle.
