Crispy Potato Donuts Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour
  • tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Mango Powder
  • ½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2-3 tbsp Any Herb Of Your Choice
  • 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Paprika Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs As Required
  • Oil For Frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add potatoes and mash well with the help of the masher.
  • Add breadcrumbs, cornflour, cumin seeds, chicken powder, dried mango powder, red chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt, egg, onion, fresh parsley and mix until well combined, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Grease hands with oil,take a mixture (75g) and make a ball,flatten and make a shape of donuts.
  • In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, dried parsley, paprika powder, salt, gradually add water and whisk well to make a paste.
  • Add eggs and whisk well. Now dip into prepared batter and coat with breadcrumbs (makes 10-12).
  • In frying pan, heat cooking oil and fry donuts on medium flame until golden brown. Drizzle cheese sauce, fresh parsley & serve!
