Spring Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 tbsp. Oil
  • 250 gm Chicken, Boiled
  • ½ Cabbage , Finely Chopped
  • 1-2 Carrot Finely Chopped
  • ½ Capsicum , Finely Chopped
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Soya Sauce
  • 1 Spring Onion Chopped
  • 2-3 Green Chili Chopped
  • ½ Coriander Bunch, Finely Chopped
  • 200 gm Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
  • 1 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
  • Water As Needed
  • Roll Patti As Required

Instructions
 

  • In a pan heat oil then add boiled chicken, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
  • Then add soya sauce, spring onion, green chili, coriander and mix well.
  • The add mozzarella cheese and mix.
  • In a small cup add all-purpose flour and water, to make a paste for sealing the rolls.
  • Take a roll patti and add the roll stuffing in it and roll it. Brush on a bit of the paste to hold the roll.
  • Deep fry the rolls until they turn brown.
