In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,ghee & mix well until it crumbles.
Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed.
Grease with oil,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
Knead dough again until smooth.
Take a small dough (115g) &make a ball, sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
On rolled dough, add & spread prepared baisan mixture (2-3 tbs) with the help of greased hand & roll the dough.
Grease with ghee, sprinkle dry flour, twist & roll to make a ball.
Place dough ball on a butter paper, sprinkle dry flour, press gently & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
On heated griddle,place paratha,add clarified butter & cook from both sides until done (makes 7-8).
Garnish with butter,fresh coriander & serve with chutney!
