Achari Chicken Tikka Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1 pinch Food Color
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Khatai
  • 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Raw Papaya
  • 2 tbsp Raw Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼ cup Oil 

For Achari Masala:

  • tsp Fennal Seeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard 
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Onion Seeds
  • 1 pinch Fenugreek Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Mark cut on chicken, put all ingredients and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Now bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 40 minutes. Serve with chutney.
