Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Mince 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Crushed
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves 
  • 1 tsp Cumin Crushed
  • 1 tsp Coriander Crushed
  • ½ tsp All spice
  • 2 tbsp Onion Fried
  • 3 Bread Slices
  • 1 tbsp Gram Flour
  • 1 Egg 
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda 
  • Tomato Slice As Required
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • Cheese Slice As Required
  • Mustard Paste As Required
  • Jalapeno As Required
  • Salad Leaves As Required
  • Burger Buns As Required

Instructions
 

  • Put mince, lemon juice, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin, coriander, red chili, salt, all spice powder and water in pan and cook it.
  • Then put boiled mince, raw mince, bread slices, egg, gram flour and all spice in chopper, mix it and make patty.
  • Heat oil and fry it.
  • Now put cheese slice, mustard paste, jalapeno, salad leaves, onion, tomato and patty in bun and cover with second part.
  • Serve with fries.
