Instructions
Chop mutton or beef mince and bread slices in chopper.
Now put green chilies, red chilies, soya sauce, vinegar, onion, maida, black pepper, salt and coriander leaves and mix it nicely.
Then make small balls, dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in wok and deep fry on low flame.
When golden brown, serve with ketchup.
