Rajasthani Mutton Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton 
  • 2 Onion Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt 
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ cup Oil 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • ½ tsp Allspice

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil, put onion, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, salt and mutton and fry it nicely.
  • Now put 1 cup water, cover it and cook until meat tender.
  • Then add yogurt and fry it nicely.
  • Then put all spice and 1 cup water, cover it and cook until mutton is ready.
  • Now garnish with coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger slices.
