In a bowl add eggs, melted butter, vanilla essence, milk and mix it well. Lastly add flour and baking powder mix until smooth batter has formed.
Grease a non-stick pan with butter and add ¼ cup batter for each pancake, cook each side for 2-3 mins. Your pancakes are ready. Set aside.
In a pan heat oil and add beaten eggs. Sprinkle salt on them and cook each side until fully done. Cut small rectangular parts from the egg and set aside.
Take a pancake and spread ketchup and mayo on it.
Fry Nuggets. Add lettuce leave and a Nugget on top. Place egg on it. Place a tomato slice and put the second pancake on top.
Secure it with a toothpick or wooden skewers. Repeat the same process for all the pancakes.
