Homemade Sattu Powder Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Barley (jau)
  • 250 g Chana roasted, without skin

Instructions
 

  • Heat a heavy bottom pan or kadhai, then dry roast the barley on slow flame. It will take about 15 minutes.
  • Cool and grind with chana into the fine powder in mixer grinder, sieve and keep in air tight jar.
  • You can store the powder up to 2-3 months.
