In a bowl, add beef mince, red chili crushed, coriander seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, carom seeds, ginger paste, green chilies, fresh coriander and mix well.
Add onion, egg, gram flour and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
In a wok, heat oil and fry on low flame until golden brown. Serve with Green Chutney.
