Green Pea Hummus Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 2 tbsp Tahini Paste
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ΒΌ cup Olive Oil
  • Paprika Powder To Sprinkle
  • Few Black Olives Slice
  • Pita Bread To Serve

Instructions
 

  • Put green peas in a blender jar, add tahini, garlic cloves, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and a little water and blend into a smooth paste.
  • Transfer paste into a serving dish, drizzle some olive oil on top, sprinkle some paprika powder and garnish with olives.
  • Serve as a dip with grilled pita bread.
