Lemon & Ginger Punch Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Ginger
  • ½ cup Water 
  • 2 Lemon 
  • 10-12 Mint Leaves
  • Ice Cubes
  • 7up Lime or Sprite
  • Lemon Slices

Instructions
 

  • In a grinder, add ginger, water & grind well then strain (approx. ¾ Cup) & discard residues. Ginger water is ready!
  • Squeeze lemon juice in a jug (approx. ½ Cup).
  • In a blender jug,add lemon juice,mint leaves,blend well & set aside.
  • In a serving glass, add ice cubes, ginger water (1 tbsp),lemon & mint mixture (¼ Cup), 7up & garnish with lemon slices, mint leaves & serve!
