Instructions
In a grinder, add ginger, water & grind well then strain (approx. ¾ Cup) & discard residues. Ginger water is ready!
Squeeze lemon juice in a jug (approx. ½ Cup).
In a blender jug,add lemon juice,mint leaves,blend well & set aside.
In a serving glass, add ice cubes, ginger water (1 tbsp),lemon & mint mixture (¼ Cup), 7up & garnish with lemon slices, mint leaves & serve!
