Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Mutton 
  • 3 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 4 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 4 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 3 tsp Salt 
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt 
  • 2 tsp All Spice
  • 1 cup Brown Onions
  • 1 cup Oil 
  • 250 gm Pounded Wheat
  • ½ cup Daal Chana
  • ¼ cup Daal Arher
  • ¼ cup Moong Daal
  • ¼ cup Masoor Daal
  • ¼ cup Mash Daal
  • ¼ cup Rice
  • Coriander Leave To Serve
  • Green Chilies
  • Lemon Wedges

Instructions
 

  • Soak wheat over night
  • Soak all the daals together overnight and boil next morning until tender. Mash all the daals keep aside.
  • Boil pounded wheat in 8 cups water until tender. Mash or blend mix with daals.
  • Heat oil. Add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt, coriander, turmeric and fried onions
  • Add mutton. Cook for 15 mins. Add yogurt. Continue cooking
  • Add sufficient water to cook the meat until tender. Mix mutton with wheat and daal mixture all spice.
  • Cook for 15 mins till all mixed. Give tarka with ghee and fried onion serve garnished coriander green chilies and lemon.
