Instructions
Peel potatoes, cut in cubes and boil. Heat oil, add curry leaves, garlic paste, fry for 1 min.
Add dry spices with boiled potatoes, half cup water, cook till dry.
Now add tamarind pulp, yogurt, remove from fire, mix, serve garnished with chopped greens.
