Potatoes in Spiced Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Potatoes (Peeled, Cubed and Boiled)
  • ½ cup Oil 
  • ½ cup Yogurt 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1 tsp Cumin Roasted and Crushed
  • ½ tsp Chat Masala Powder
  • ¼ cup Tamarind Pulp
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Leaves 
  • ½ tsp Turmeric 
  • 1 tsp Sugar 
  • ½ tsp Garlic Paste
  • 10-12 Curry Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Peel potatoes, cut in cubes and boil. Heat oil, add curry leaves, garlic paste, fry for 1 min.
  • Add dry spices with boiled potatoes, half cup water, cook till dry.
  • Now add tamarind pulp, yogurt, remove from fire, mix, serve garnished with chopped greens.
