Chili Garlic Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 3 Garlic
  • 4 tbsp  Spring Onions
  • ½ Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • ½ cup Cabbage
  • ½ Capsicum
  • 5 Beans
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cup  Boiled Rice

Instructions
 

  • In a large pan heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 2 chilli and 3 clove garlic.
  • Now add 2 tbsp spring onion, ½ onion and saute well.
  • Further add 1 carrot, ½ cup cabbage, ½ capsicum and 5 beans.
  • Stir fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables shrinks slightly.
  • Now add 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce and ½ tsp salt.
  • Stir fry until sauce combines well.
  • Add 4 cup cooked rice and mix gently until sauce is coated well.
  • Add 2 tbsp spring onion and mix well. Finally, enjoy chilli garlic fried rice with gobi manchurian gravy.
