In a large bowl, add chicken boneless cubes, ginger paste, garlic paste, soya sauce, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, tamarind juice, salt, and curry powder mix well.
Marinate for 30-35 minutes in refrigerator. Now add egg and bread crumbs in chicken.
Thread the chicken into wood sticks
Heat oil in a large pan. Add chicken sticks in the pan. Fry until golden brown on each side. Chicken sticks are ready to serve.
