Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Keri
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Red Whole Chili (dry)
  • 2 tbsp. White Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel off raw mangoes and cut them into small slices. Now keep them soaked in water for 2 hours. Before pouring it into a jar, add vinegar into it.
  • Now Strain the water, take a pan and put the raw mangoes into it. Add 1/2 cup water, crushed red pepper, salt, sugar, melon seeds and cook for 20 to 25 minutes till the chutney gets thick.
  • Before pouring it into a jar, add vinegar into it.
