Peel off raw mangoes and cut them into small slices. Now keep them soaked in water for 2 hours. Before pouring it into a jar, add vinegar into it.
Now Strain the water, take a pan and put the raw mangoes into it. Add 1/2 cup water, crushed red pepper, salt, sugar, melon seeds and cook for 20 to 25 minutes till the chutney gets thick.
