This Malt Chocolate Cake is the combination of a fudge cake with a malt frosting that might almost make you droll.

- 142 gm Butter
- 227 gm Caster sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 85 gm Chocolate pieces
- 195 gm Flour
- 85 gm Cocoa powder
- 85 gm Cream
- 185 ml Malt drink
- 1 tbsp Coffee powder
FOR FROSTING:
- 115 gm Butter
- 115 gm Cream cheese
- 130 gm Icing sugar
- 115 gm White chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coffee
- 150 gm Whipped cream
FOR TOPPING:
- 115 gm Chocolate
- 55 ml Malt drink
For the cake mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and sieve well. Then beat butter and sugar well.
Now add eggs, beat well.
Then add cream, dry ingredients and malt drink, mix properly.
Now add the mixture in 8×8 mold and bake it in an oven on 180 c for about 40 minutes.
