Instructions
FOR DOUGH:
In the flour mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well with water.
Leave it for about 15 minutes.
FOR FILLING:
Heat clarified butter, add cumin and coriander
Once it gets warm add the remaining ingredients
Lastly add
mash daal
powder gradually
Mix well
Then make balls out of dough, spread well and add filling
Heat clarified butter and deep fry the
Kachori
. Serve hot.
