CheeseBurger Egg Rolls Recipe
This Cheeseburger egg roll recipe is a perfect ‘make and freeze’ recipe

- 250 gm Beef mince
- ½ cup Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Crushed black pepper
- 2 tbsp Chopped jerkins
- ½ tsp Mustard powder
- ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
- Water as per need
- ½ cup Grated cheddar cheese
- Square roll wrappers as required
- 1 qty Egg white
FOR THE DIP
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- ½ tsp Chopped garlic
Cook beef mince with chopped onion, oil, salt , crushed black pepper, chopped jerkins, mustard powder, crushed red pepper and water.
Once the meat is cooked shift it in a bowl and add cheese.
Let the filling cool down, fill in square wrappers, fold into roll. Seal it with egg white and deep fry.
For the dip mix all the ingredients together, serve with roll.
Serve these delicious rolls with the dip.
