Saucy Steak Platter Recipe
Why go to a restaurant when you can make steak platter at home. Serve it with garlic bread and vegetables to get full vibe of a restaurant at home.

- 1 packet Tikka boti
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tbsp Crushed garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Barbeque sauce
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Siracha sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 qty Onion cut into round
- 1 qty Capsicum
- 6 qty Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Garlic bread to serve
- French fries to serve
Marinate tikka boti with ginger garlic, salt, crushed red pepper and vinegar for 30 mins.
Heat oil and butter, add crushed garlic, fry, add marinated meat, fry well for 7-8 mins, add all the sauces, cook for 5 mins, add veggies fry on fast flame for 3 mins, serve hot on a sizzler or platter, serve with fries and garlic bread.
