Heat ½ cup oil, add ginger garlic paste, fry for 3 minutes.
Add mutton with seasoning, whole spices, bay leaves and button red chilies, fry for 5 minutes.
Add yogurt, mix and cook for 5 minutes then add 2 cups water, cover and cook till mutton is tender and oil comes on top.
Now add yogurt mixed with yellow color, cook for another 5 minutes till thick gravy is left, spread the boiled rice over the meat mixture, leave it on dum for 20 minutes.
