Instructions
Hammer the chicken fillets
Add in ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp red chili, ½ tsp black pepper, lemon juice and salt. Mix and marinate for an hour.
Take some oil in the frying pan, dip fillets in egg and coat them with bread crumbs.
Shallow Fry for 6-7 mins.
