Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton liver (small pieces)
  • ½ kg Fenugreek (chopped)
  • 2 qty Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup Onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp All spice leveled
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry onion for 5 mins.
  • Add ginger garlic paste with all the dry seasonings and chopped tomatoes.
  • Fry for 5 mins.
  • Add in chopped fenugreek.
  • Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add liver cook for just 10 mins.
  • Lastly add in salt, all spice.
  • Fry well and remove.
  • Served and garnish with sliced green chili.
