Boil and fried Potatoes
Instructions
Heat oil add onion and whole spices.
Also add salt, white pepper, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and fennel powder roast well.
Add yogurt and 2-3 green chili fry well.
Add water.
Also add ginger, mace nutmeg powder and soaked rice.
Before simmering add tomato, pea, green chili and coriander.
Dish out garnish with fired onion.
