Instructions
Boil chicken with ginger, water, spring onion, salt and pepper till water dries. Heat butter; add garlic and onion and green chilies. Sauté for 2 mins.
Add chicken.
Mix and remove.
Put all this in a chopper with cream cheese, cheddar cheese and chop well.
Shape into crockets.
Roll in flour, beaten eggs and finally in bread crumbs. Deep fry or freeze will required.
