Instructions
METHOD FOR KOFTA
Mash potatoes; add in the all above ingredients mix well. Make into small balls, fry in oil and keep aside.
METHOD FOR GRAVY
Heat oil fry onion light golden, add all the above masala fry till oil comes on top. Add peas, add fried koftas, and cook for 5 min.
Lastly add butter and cream garnish with coriander leaf and green chilies.
