Chewy Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 oz Butter
- 4 oz Brown Sugar
- 3 qty Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 oz Cocoa Powder
- 3 oz Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 oz Dates
- 2 oz Walnuts
- ½ cup Milk
- 4 oz Sugar
- 2 oz Cooking Sugar
INGREDIENTS FOR ICING
- 4 oz Chocolate
- ½ cup Cream
- 2 oz Butter
- 4 oz Icing Sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Sieve together cocoa, flour and baking powder. Beat butter and sugar, add eggs.
- Fold in the flour and essence. Add dates and walnuts, bake for ½ hour at 200 c, cool and ice the brownies.
FOR ICING
- Cook together and cool, drizzle it on the brownies.
