Chicken Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 qty Boneless Chicken Breast flattened
  • 1 tsp Marinate with garlic
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce

INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER

  • 3 tbsp Flour heaved
  • 1 qty Egg
  • ¼ tsp Chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil

INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE

  • 1 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp Suree sweet sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • ½ tsp Salt and pepper (each)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • French fries to serve

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken for 30 mins.
  • Dip in prepared batter.
  • Deep fry keep aside.
  • Prepare sauce and spread over fried breast serve with French fries.

METHOD FOR SAUCE

  • Heat oil; fry chopped onion for 2 mins.
  • Add all the sauces.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Pour on top of fried chicken and serve.
