Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar heaved
  • 4 tbsp Semolina leveled
  • ½ tsp Green Cardamom(ground)
  • ¼ tsp Saffron
  • 2 tbsp Almonds & Pistachioa

Instructions
 

  • Heat milk in a pan and add sugar.
  • When boiling, add suji. Cook till slightly thick.
  • Add green cardamom and saffron.
  • Remove in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle with almonds and pistachio.
  • Suji Ki Kheer ready to Serve
