Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Mongh ki daal
  • ½ cup Masoor ki daal
  • ½ cup Channay ki daal
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ½ cup Spinach finally chopped
  • ½ bunch Dill chopped
  • 3 bunches Meethi chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 200 gm Loki cut into small cubes
  • 2 qty Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 4 qty Green chilies chopped
  • ¼ cup Raw Mangoes
  • 2 qty Stock cubes

INGREDIENTS FOR BHAGGAR

  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 15 qty Curry leaves
  • 1 ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • 6 qty Whole red chilies
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Soak all the 3 daals for 2 hour, and then put in a pan for boil, with salt, chili powder, turmeric, all half tsp each heaped.
  • And quarter cup oil, till daal tender.
  • Then add in all the vegetables with 2 cups water, stock cube, and cook till vegetables tender, lastly give bhgaar with the given ingredients.
