Instructions
Soak all the 3 daals for 2 hour, and then put in a pan for boil, with salt, chili powder, turmeric, all half tsp each heaped.
And quarter cup oil, till daal tender.
Then add in all the vegetables with 2 cups water, stock cube, and cook till vegetables tender, lastly give bhgaar with the given ingredients.
