Thai Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients
  

FOR FRYING WINGS

  • ½ kg Wings
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¾ cup Corn flour
  • ¼ cup Flour

FOR SAUCE

  • ¼ cup Chili oil 
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
  • ½ cup Sweet sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Cumin roasted and crushed
  • ½ cup Tomato puree 
  • 2 tbsp Chopped onion

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil add crushed garlic add chopped onions.
  • Fry till transparent.
  • Add all the sauces, seasonings. Cook for 5 mins.
  • Add chicken wings to sauce and serve.

FOR WINGS

  • Coat the wings with salt and both the flours deep fry on low flames for 15 mins.
