Ingredients
  

  • 2 qty Potatoes ( boiled and mashed )
  • ½ cup Capsicum chopped in tiny cubes
  • ½ cup Cabbage chopped
  • ¼ tsp Tumeric
  • ½ tsp Mustard
  • 2 qty Egg whites
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • Green chilies chopped
  • ¼ cup Peas boiled
  • ¼ cup Carrot 1 chopped in tiny cubes
  • 4 oz Cottage cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 qty Egg beaten
  • Bread creumbs
  • Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix all above ingredients together.
  • Make cutlets.
  • Roll in egg whites and bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry in hot oil.
