BBQ Chicken Masala Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken (16 pieces)
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 
  • 1 tsp Cumin (roasted and crushed)
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp Gram flour (roasted)
  • ½ tsp Green cardamom (grinded)

FOR MASALA

  • 4 tbsp  Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 qty Tomato (blended)
  • 1 qty Onion (cut into strips)
  • 1 qty Capsicum (cut into julienne)
  • 1 qty Tomato (cut into julienne)
  • 4 qty Green chilies  (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red chili (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Coriander (roasted and crushed)
  • 1 tsp Kasori methi
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • ½ cup Oil 

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix altogether and marinate chicken in this for 2 hours.
  • Put on skewers, BBQ or bake, give simmer of coal and keep aside.

FOR MASALA

  • Heat oil add chopped onion with chopped ginger garlic and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add blended tomatoes and fry well.
  • Add dry seasonings with chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.
  • Lastly add kasori methi.
  • Add the BBQ chicken and roast for 5 minutes.
  • Cover and leave it on simmer with vegetable Julian toss and remove.
  • BBQ Chicken Masala is ready to serve.
