½cupCream cheese
8qtyPlain bread slices
Lettuce leaves as required
FOR PESTO SAUCE
1cupBasil Leaves
1tbspGarlic (crushed)
3qtyGreen Chilies
¼cupPine nuts
½tspSalt
1tspBlack Pepper(coarsely crushed)
¼cupOil
Instructions
Method for Pesto: Blend all the ingredients together to make pesto sauce.
Marinate chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic paste, BBQ sauce and sriracha sauce. Grease grill pan with 2 tbsp oil and grill chicken breast for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Add capsicum in same pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
Heat the bread slices in the greased grill pan.
Apply cream cheese then pesto sauce on all bread slices.
Place lettuce leaf over bread then tomato and capsicum, place chicken breast and cover with other bread slice.
Secure with tooth picks, cut from center and serve.
