Gola Kabab Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mince
  • 1 tbsp Raw papaya
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder heaped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 3 qty Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 qty Onion (grinded)
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg (grinded)
  • ¼ tsp Mace (grinded)
  • ¼ tsp Green cardamom (grinded)

Instructions
 

  • Put mince in a chopper with raw papaya, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, allspice, green chilies, coriander leaves, onion, clarified butter, nutmeg, mace and green cardamom.
  • Chopperized till smooth.
  • Leave the mince to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
  • Put on square skewers and BBQ.
