Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Beef
  • 1 tbsp Raw papaya crushed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Onion raw grinded
  • 1 ½ tsp Red pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp Hot spices
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • ¼ cup Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cover the beef with papaya, salt, ginger garlic paste, onion, ground red pepper, hot spices, yogurt and oil and leave for two hours.
  • Then place it on skewers and barbecue or fry.
  • Then breathe in the coal.
  • Finally serve with sauce and fresh salad.
