Achaari Mooli Ky Parathay Recipe
Pickled radish parathas are stuffed and fried. Very tasty breakfast or lunch can be enjoy with whipped curd.

FOR DOUGH
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- ½ tsp Salt
FOR FILLING
- 250 gm Radish (grated)
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Achari masala
- 2 qty Green chilies (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Onion (chopped)
FOR FILLING
Add salt in radish and leave it for half an hour.
Squeeze out all the moisture from the radish very well.
Then add to it achari masala, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger and onion.
Now put the filling in a dough and fry it.
Paratha is ready to serve.
